About the game
Dominoes is the classic tile game played with a twenty-eight tile double-six set in cafés, parks and family tables all over the world, and here it opens instantly in your browser with no download and no sign-up. Each tile has two halves marked with zero to six pips. On your turn you add a tile to one of the open ends of the line of play, matching the number on that end; the first player to empty their hand wins the round and scores the pips left in the opponents' hands. If nobody can move and the game is blocked, the side holding fewer pips wins. Four rule sets are included: in Draw dominoes you take tiles from the boneyard until you can play; in Block dominoes there is no drawing and you pass when stuck; in All Fives, also known as Muggins, you score immediately whenever the open ends add up to a multiple of five, and the first double becomes a spinner that opens in four directions. Partner Block is played in teams of two like Indonesian gaple and Latin American dominó: you and a bot partner face two bots and team pips decide the round. A match runs to 100 points, or 150 in All Fives. The tiles are drawn as glossy ivory pieces with a brass pin and bold black pips that stay readable on a phone. The line of play snakes and turns smartly as it nears the edge of the table, so even long rounds stay on screen. Tap a tile and every end it can go to lights up with a glowing ghost tile; tap an end or drag the tile there to play, unplayable tiles are dimmed, and drawing or passing happens automatically when you have no match. In Career mode you climb from Rookie to Grandmaster and the Legend levels beyond: the bots count tiles, remember which numbers a player passed on, dump heavy tiles early, try to block you and, in partner games, protect the end their partner opened. Win a match and the next level starts right away. Online you can play a two-player match with a room code, an invite link or a random opponent from anywhere in the world; there is no chat, only quick reactions. There is no money, betting or gambling, only points and levels.
How to play
- Pick a rule set in the menu: Draw, Block, All Fives or Partner 2v2 (Gaple).
- Press Career, or choose Online to send a friend a room code or find a world opponent.
- On your turn tap a tile, then tap one of the glowing ends or drag the tile there. If it fits only one end it is played at once.
- With no match you draw from the boneyard automatically in Draw and All Fives, or pass in Block. In All Fives make the ends add up to a multiple of five to score instantly.
- Empty your hand first, or hold fewer pips when the game blocks; the opponents' pips become your points. First to 100 (150 in All Fives) wins the match.

FAQ
What is the difference between Draw, Block and All Fives?
In Draw you take tiles from the boneyard when you cannot match, in Block there is no drawing and you pass. All Fives (Muggins) is played with drawing, but whenever the open ends add up to a multiple of five you score that total at once; the first double is a spinner that opens four ways. In every variant the opponents' pips are added at the end of the round.
Can I play dominoes online with a friend?
Yes. Choose Online, then Play with a friend and Create room, and send the five-character code or the invite link. The rule set picked by the room creator is used. Find a world opponent matches you with someone who wants a game right now. Your rival's tiles and the boneyard stay hidden.
How does the 2v2 Gaple partner mode work?
Four players get seven tiles each and there is no drawing. You and the bot partner sitting opposite you are a team. When either of you empties a hand, your team scores the opposing team's pips; if the game blocks, the team with fewer pips wins. This is how gaple in Indonesia and dominó in Latin America are played.
