About the game
Highway Police Chase is a fast top-down getaway game set on a four-lane highway lit up at midnight. You are behind the wheel of a dark red sports car, its headlights cutting through the asphalt while orange streetlights flash past one by one. Drag left and right or use the arrow keys to switch lanes and weave through cars, SUVs, buses and big rigs. Passing a vehicle by inches earns near miss points, back to back near misses grow your multiplier, and sometimes time slows down for a moment. Patrol cars with red and blue roof lights come up from behind: when the warning appears at the bottom of the screen you have to get out of your lane, and at higher levels the patrols cut into your lane to box you in. Spike strips are laid across the road with only one gap, and you have to find it in time. Near misses and blue canisters fill your nitro gauge. When it is full, press space or the button in the bottom right corner: the car blasts forward on a blue flame and points double, but your reaction time gets shorter. The speed keeps climbing. How to play

- When the POLICE warning appears at the bottom, leave your lane.
- Find the single gap in each spike strip and drive through it.
