About the game
Pull the Pin: Rescue is a physics puzzle set inside the cross-section of a dungeon vault. Stone chambers are separated by sliding metal pins, and behind them wait heaps of gold and gems made of thousands of grains, grey rocks, sand, glowing molten lava and cyan water. At the bottom our young armoured knight stands next to an open treasure chest. Tap a pin and it slides out in its own direction, and everything behind it pours, flows and piles up in a real-time simulation. As gold streams into the chest the treasure bar fills; reach the level's target percentage and keep the hero safe to clear the vault. The real challenge is the order. If lava touches the hero the run is over, but the moment water meets lava it hardens into stone in a puff of steam. Rocks crush the spiky serpent and lava burns it, yet pull the wrong pin and the serpent slithers free toward the hero. Bombs explode when they drop into lava, smashing brick walls and opening the way. Spike pits, removable bridges and decoy pins turn every level into a small logic question. Each of the forty hand-made levels was verified one by one with a computer solver, and after that generated master vaults go on forever with rising targets. A new armour colour unlocks every five levels and the gold you collect builds up in a permanent counter. No blood or gore; a beaten serpent vanishes in a puff of smoke. How to play
- Study the vault: where is the gold, where will the lava and the serpent go, where is the hero standing?
- Tap a pin or press its number on the keyboard; the pin slides out and the material behind it pours.
- Deal with danger first: turn lava into stone with water, crush the serpent with rocks or drop it into lava, blow up bricks with a bomb.
- Then pour the gold into the chest; once the bar passes the target the level ends and the next vault arrives by itself.
- If lava, the serpent or a blast reaches the hero you lose; use ↻ to restart the level any time.
Controls
Touch: tap a pin or its ring to slide it out; the ↻ button at the top right restarts the level. Keyboard: keys 1-5 pull the numbered pin, R restarts the level, P pauses.

How many levels are there?
There are forty hand-made levels, and each one was proven solvable with a computer solver. After that, solver-checked master vaults continue forever with rising targets.
What happens when water meets lava?
Every drop of water turns the lava it touches into stone with a puff of steam. Pour enough water and all the lava becomes harmless gravel that can flow safely along with the gold.
Do I start over when I lose?
You can watch a short ad to replay the same level from a fresh start; otherwise you begin again from level 1. Your collected gold counter is always kept.
