About the game
Word Search is a themed word find game where you hunt for words hidden in a grid of letters. Every puzzle has a theme: animals, countries, capitals, Turkish cities, food, fruits, sports, football terms, space, science, chemical elements, musical instruments, jobs, car parts, technology and many more. There are more than fifty themes with hundreds of family-friendly English words. Just drag your finger or mouse from the first letter to the last one; the selection snaps to one of eight directions, horizontal, vertical or diagonal, so you can pick words precisely even on a small phone screen. Each word you find is marked with a glowing colored capsule and flies over to the word list. In Career mode the levels never stop: solve a grid, a new level flashes on screen and the next themed puzzle starts a little harder. The grid grows from 8×8 to 15×15, words that first run only left to right and top to bottom begin to turn diagonal and backwards, tricky decoy letter groups appear, and from level 8 a timer adds pressure. Quick finds in a row build a combo multiplier, golden words give triple points and a bonus hint, and a new color palette unlocks every five levels. If you get stuck, a hint reveals the first letter. In Daily mode everyone gets the same puzzle on the same day, so you can track your time and keep your streak alive. In which directions can the words be hidden?
At first only left to right and top to bottom. As you level up, diagonal and then backward directions unlock, and at higher levels words can run in all 8 directions.
Is the daily puzzle the same for everyone?
Yes. Everyone playing in the same language gets the same grid on the same day. A new puzzle arrives every midnight and each solved day grows your streak.
What happens when the timer runs out?
You can watch a short ad to get 30 extra seconds and keep the words you found. Otherwise the game ends and Play Again restarts the same level.
